How would you improve your community?

I would start by making homeless resources better I would also try to get more communinty members involved in helping the underprivaledged. Creating more resources and teaching tools for helping everyone to save money and budget would also be great.  Showing neighbors how to work together and help one another to create a community that benefits everyone not just the ones who have more. I grew up in an erra that if you needed anything your neighbors came out to help. Now it seems everyone is out for themselves only and to me thats a selfish way to be.
